I Have a Dream . . .

I Have a Dream . . .

Dr. Martin Luther’s famous speech was entitled, I Have a Dream, copyright 1963. This amazing man had a purpose. He was sick and tired of seeing the oppression of his fellow Negro community by the majority of Americans. And he did something about it.

Yes, he had a dream AND he took action.
Here is his famous speech that is a must read for anyone with a Dream.
This is a case in point where one man can change the world.
Another famous African American man, Nelson Mandela, said something similar in his 1994 Inaugural speech. Mr. Mandela’s speech speaks about liberating ourselves to be the best we can be. Here it is:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate,
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and
fabulous?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the World.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t
feel insecure.
We were born to manifest the Glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone.
And as we let our own Light shine, we subconsciously give other people to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
This speech has been in my office for 25 years. It’s typed on stationary I bought back the early ’90s. My message to you is to play BIG. If you have a dream, make it happen one step at a time. We live in a day and age when you can literally do anything- play a musical instrument, climb Mt. Everest, build an online business, or help save the whales. Our time in 2018 is the most freeing time in history for everyone.
Go build your dream NOW!!!!!!!!!!
Many blessings . . .
