Scam or Online Educational Franchise?

Scam Alert“This is a scam!” I hear this all the time because I use and promote online business education franchises. People are skeptical about many things online.  They may be thinking that someone will hack into their computer and steal their money. This happens to some people who don’t know the difference between a scam and a legitimate online educational franchise. Skeptics think that everything online is a scam. There needs to be a concrete explanation showing the difference between a real scam and an online educational franchise. This post is show that basic difference.

Let’s look at what a scam looks like in your email. Most of the time reals scams find you via your email (I have dozens of scam offers in my spam junk email). I never asked for them, they just appeared.

This scam showed up in my email just a few days ago:

Heading: Dear Beloved

Dear Beloved,

I am sorry to intrude into your private life today but i appeal to you to consider this proposal which i believe its the will of God.

My name is pastor John Meat a priest with the Catholic Church and a recognized member of sales 2 world for refugee. I am in contact with you because of a young refugee orphan in my congregation who lost his entire family to the civil war in Libya in 2013. I seek your sincere consent to consider this proposal and assist this young orphan as your personal child and help in making his dream a reality to see that his inheritance is released and also making sure his education dream comes to past.

As a true Priest i shall make all formalities and documents available to you once i hear from you to consider to help the young orphan as your child and take care of his inheritance.

Thanks, pastor.John Meat

That’s a typical scam. Notice there was no unsubscribe message at the bottom of John Meat’s message. I wouldn’t click on that site if you paid me! If you click on a site like this they will probably cookie your site and potentially hack into it.

Franchises

A franchise is an entity with licenses, legal documentation and affiliate information. They can be either online or offline.  The below description is straight from the International Franchise Association.

WHAT IS A FRANCHISE?

Franchising is simply a method for expanding a business and distributing goods and services through a licensing relationship.  In franchising, franchisors (a person or company that grants the license to a third party for the conducting of a business under their marks) not only specify the products and services that will be offered by the franchisees (a person or company who is granted the license to do business under the trademark and trade name by the franchisor), but also provide them with an operating system, brand and support.  A brief separate glossary of franchising terms is available on IFA’s website at http://www.franchise.org/what-are-common-franchise-terms

Popular Physical Franchises:

McDonalds

Burger King

Subway

Shane Diamonds

Tiffany’s

See’s Chocolates

Jiffy Lube

**Just to name a few out of thousands of franchises. Start up costs are $50,00- $1,000,000

____________

Online educational franchises:

Empower Network

Lifestyle Design Network

iPas2

MITS – My Internet Traffic System

MLSP – My Lead System Pro

DotCom Secrets

Start up costs are: $47.00 – $5,000

Online education franchises businesses is a new and viable way to make a living from your laptop or computer. They are convenient. An online business is perfect for stay-at-home moms, retired folks, burned out corporate execs, people recovering from an illness or anyone who wants more freedom in their lives.

There are 16 million people per year going into online educational franchises. Why? Because they are easy to set up and have a low point of entry. The education gives you tools so you can learn how to market a business you already have or market the franchise itself while acquiring affiliates under you. When you receive affiliate commissions that is just icing on the cake. Think of it this way: If you owned a rental house, you collect money from your renters-Right? It’s the same principle with affiliate online marketing. And when you have hundreds of marketers joining you, they will be promoting the online franchise and a percentage of those funds flow up to you. One of my associates still has money flowing up to him from a business he started 10 years ago. It’s a beautiful business model and you won’t have to unclog any toilets in the middle of the night!

If you have any comments or questions about this information, please feel free to post them here. If you want to talk to me about what would be the best online education franchise for you, give me a call at 925-303-5717 or email me at kristiacarter@gmail.com.

To Your Success Always!

KC:)
